My husband went to this pharmacy where we have been going to cvs's for year the tech told him he's lucky his I'd hadn't expired or he wouldn't be able to get his medicine on your ID there is a expiration date in bold numbers so I called and asked her why did she feel the need to tell him this , she told me she didn't like my tone and got the store manager who said she read it wrong and was going to say something else but i just hung up if she cant read a I'd properly that's not my or his fault Karen BTW he's black and she's white and they don't have any idea why he found this offensive many may not but we did and that's the last time we'll go to cvs even if she read it wrong that statement should not have been made because SHE read it wrong hopefully she's not reading prescriptions wrong ijs

Pharmacy has so weird hours.
I get off at 4pm. Today it closed, the Pharmacy wad closed at 3pm!!
No matter what day or time I try to come in, I get surprises like this. Unexpected once in awhile is cool... but all the time. Change your hours if you need to. But don't send me a text that I have abscript ready to be picked up, and I get there to pi k it up, and your closed. Then you tell me when your open, we put it back because you didn't pick it up. Talk about calling that kettle black!! Pretty redundent!! Not cool man!! Time for a different pharmacy!! And drugstore too to shop!! Never stock on a few items that I end up getting on Amazon the next day!!
Disgruntled customer for 2.5 years!! NOMORE!!

Was greeted by the cashier Elizabeth when I first walked in. She was super helpful and so sweet! She is most definitely the reason I will continue to shop at this CVS.
Edit: I cannot comment on the pharmacy because I do not use them, as for the rest of the store it's great. Always clean, always acknowledged and asked if I need help...

Got threatened to be kicked out for making a simply joke, then processed to talk about us “laughing at her” while continuing shopping. Very unpleasant experience, and poor customer service.

This pharmacy doesn't have enough staff, shuts down without warning, computer system is either slow or just not working. Staff are nice but everything else makes it worst ever pharmacy for us. Suggestions of new pharmacy to try?

Don't go to the pharmacy here it takes forever to get a prescription filled. The dentist sent over last night at 4pm and they where closed. And now they are saying I can't get my prescription till 2pm. Take almost 24hrs to get pain relief.

Whys the drive thru NEVER open and all employees of the pharmacy act like they hate their lives??? I hate that I ever changed locations to here because of how they treat people. It’s definitely not a place to go if you’re wanting to have a nice rest of your day. Every person who works there seem MISERABLE. place needs CLOSED or New Employees who actually want to work and have their Drive Thru available!!

If I could rate this 0 Stars I would. This is, without any exaggeration, the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They constantly close without warning, will tell you that your prescription is ready and when you go to pick it up inform you they have not even filled it yet, every visit they say they need my insurance information because, for whatever reason, it wasn’t saved in the system the last time I was there (which is almost once a month) and a whole slew of other problems including lazy and rude staff, long wait times, etc.

The most incompetent people in the business. Instead of going home early (6pm on saterday) stay later and fill people's prescription. These are people's lives these idiots are playing with. Blood pressure medication is nothing to play with making people wait upwards to 3 days to get it absolutely uncalled for. I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet for their incompetence.

The Pharmacy staff is rude, that is if you can actually find the Pharmacy staffed with people and open, I agree with another commenter, CVS and Walgreens are soon to be targets of lawsuits over the death of some unfortunate soul that cannot get the meds they need .... zero stars if I could....
