“I love Forum Credit Union. I was with Chase, but switching to them has made banking better for me. I've had great experiences with the loans department. They get with you quickly and have helped me find my best options. This location itself is in a very busy area of Greenwood so the access road is a little wacky, but I've come to expect that anywhere I go in this town. The tellers were great the few times I've actually had to go inside. Definitely would recommend to others!”

“Raynah absolutely saved the day for me. My wallet was stolen over the weekend, and I was trying to replace cards and IDs. Raynah found my information on file, got the card replaced in five minutes, and thought ahead that I might need additional cash on hand until the card was activated.I had gone to two previous IUCU branches which were less than helpful (one made absolutely no attempt to be helpful). “I’ve been a member for over 20 yrs. With so much hacking and identity theft going on today, I’m so glad IPOCU is so small and don’t have as many options other banks have. As an adult, it’s important to keep track of your spending habits, no need to have to call over the weekend for a balance. This is a small bank, people shouldn’t expect much. Anyhoo, I love IPOCU.”

“I have to say this credit union has taken care of me for years now. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and eager to accommodate your needs. They pretty much offer anything you would expect from a 'regular' bank, but with personal involvement.”
“Rarely does this branch appear to be staffed well enough to accommodate customers in a timely manner. Every single time that I have gone I have waited upwards of 30 minutes simply to deposit a check (can't do so at ATM due to my account type). Knowledgeable staff, but not timely service. I understand that this is more of a 'boutique' branch and not a teller shop like you would find in the suburbs but still.”
“I am a 17 year retiree. I/we started using the Credit Union as soon as we realized we could, maybe 40 to 50 years, whenever it was offered. We have used it for home mortgage, several automobile loans, multiple accounts - savings and checking. It is so easy to get to online and if you have a question an actual person answers the phone and talks with you. Amazing service! In addition, money is so easily accessible at any credit union ATM. Not to mention our credit and debit cards that we use every day. We cannot say enough about our credit union.”

I have to go almost to Greenwood . When there was a branch closer it was in a horrible part of town on the Eastside which made no sense.”

“I love this credit union, and this branch is particularly friendly. I've been a customer for over ten years, having done three different car loans through them and even shopped around for a mortgage there. The investment products have been unimpressive in my opinion, but they're a credit union and not a brokerage so I can't fault them for that. I don't go to this branch any more because traffic and parking is so inconvenient if you won't be in the Student Center for another reason already, but I would definitely recommend it to any students or employees who are there on a regular basis.”
“Normally I visit the small Plainfield location located inside the Meijer store but for today's transaction I wanted a full fledged brick and mortar facility thinking I would need the services of a banker in an office. But as I found out that wasn't necessary because to buy or invest in a CD, a teller was able to help me at one of the counter windows. I had stopped by here a few days prior to get all the latest rates and found their rates are better than many banks. It has been my experience that credit unions in general repeatedly offer better rates on pretty much everything than banks. Plus this credit union is a member of the CO-OP that many credit unions belong to, such as Hughes back in Tucson where I still have a couple of accounts and I can easily make deposits and withdrawals from those accounts here at Everwise. I also have my pickup truck financed through Everwise at a rate of 4.8% which I acquired last year. I thought that a pretty good rate since it was lower than the RV I purchased the year before.”
