The drive-through ATM has been out of service for a couple of months. I’ve been planning to change banks soon… The fact that Chase charges $12 a month service fee if you don’t do direct deposit upsets me…I’m tired of them taking my money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I took in a good amount of rolled change and they were happy to help carry it around the counter and get it deposited.

Lorie the girl working there is AWFUL!!! Literally 5 customers in whole bank and she tells me to drive to another branch cause their "too busy" Chase just close this branch down cause obviously this branch sucks!!!!

Have attempted to call this location 4 times. Automated system makes it almost impossible to ACTUALLY speak to anyone. After navigating thru the clearly deliberate runaround, it finally rang to someone. But guess what, no one answered. It says "we are busy assisting other people". It's crazy that chase wants people to join their bank and they give such lackluster customer service

The past two times I have been here to open new accounts, I've had Rob to help me and he is absolutely fantastic!! He's kind, relatable knowledgeable, and gets what I need done promptly and properly every time!! Will definitely be back to see Rob, and only Rob.

terrible customer service. they removed the drive through so you have to wait at the atm outside, and the machine wasn’t even taking all my money before. i waited for 20 mins inside to talk to banker at a desk so i just got up to leave. ridiculous.

Complete waste of time using chase as a bank,They care absolutely 0 % and give 0 answers or knowledge of why an action is made 10 day hold on a check that has been deposited for over 2Years , they do however give you 800 number to call and help you, that does nothing but waste hours on hold for an answer that makes 0 sense and helps you understand nothing, but being bounded around hung up on and left to wonder why your son who needs meds won’t get those cause of a reason you can’t get a good reason , get a hometown bank and forget the big corporate banks .

I have banked here since 2004 at this location customer service has gone down hill over the years. ATM seldomly works and drive through ATM gone.

Hours say they are open 9am to 2pm on Saturdays sitting outside at 9:08 been here since 9 and doors are still locked!

I have received exemplary service at this branch both inside and at the drive-through every time I've been here. Today was no exception, so I was amazed to see a 2.6 rating. Strangely, the negative reviews make me love the employees at this branch even more. The reviews show how employees go above and beyond to protect their customer's accounts. Sometimes negativity proves the positive. Thank you for being so cautious in addition to being friendly and helpful.
