“Wonderful body shop. They were referred to me by Allstate. Every single person who worked with me was fantastic. They even fixed a couple other cosmetic problems with my car while it was there for a small extra charge that wouldn't be covered by the insurance claim. They installed and painted a new bumper. The paint is a flawless color match. Don't hesitate to use this shop. They exceeded my expectations when they also washed my car and cleaned out the interior. They even returned my rental car for me. “Words can't say enough you'll have to experience for yourself excellent service and the staff is great ,they really work with you I had a bumper replacement and I was told it would be September before I could bring my car in then the owner said Rafael said I'll work you in just let me know when your ready I was like oh really so I picked a date and had to cancel I called to reschedand picked another date and dropped my car off on a Monday and received a call Thursday said my car is ready wasn't expecting so soon .I was pleased with the work they did also the owner is a Christian man and that makes a big difference you treat people right and this is what he does thank very much .”

“I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about taking my nice car here as I've never heard of them or their work quality. But I'm glad I took the chance on them. Every body shop in town had at least a month wait just to give me an estimate on my car and another 3 months just to schedule me for a fix. However, Southside Automotive gave me an estimate on the spot, honored it, and got me in within a week and finished my car within a day. That is speed you never see anywhere. The paint looks flawless. I will say, you won't save too much money coming here as the quotes are about the same you would get at any large body shop (unless you pay cash you save like 3%). But for the quality of work, speedy estimate, and 1 day turnaround on your car... you can't go wrong. Other shops charge the same price but you will wait forever (don't believe me? call every Caliber Collision or Gerber body shop in your area, you will wait at least a month just to get an estimate).”

“I was in a minor collision and took my car to Cookie's Body Shop and I’m very happy with the results! The estimator at Cookie's Body Shop did a great job and worked with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs, I didn’t have to do anything. They also got my car in faster than everyone else around Indianapolis that I had called. The repairs were done in the time that they originally estimated it would take, I was so happy to get my car back on time. The employees that answer the phone are very kind and responsive and communicate very well. When I picked my car up when it was done, it looked perfect, I couldn’t tell it had ever been damaged. They even washed the vehicle and I was very thankful for such a great job that they did, it looked like new again and even smelled nice on the inside. Plus the radio station they left it on is awesome, I’ve been rocking it ever since!
