I give Adelcia 20 stars for her kindness, helpfulness and compassion. There is however one pharmacy tech, who never gives her name, who is the most unhelpful and rude pharmacy person I've ever encountered. These people are here to help us and not act like we're bothering them when we call for our prescriptions. I give that tech 0 stars. She shouldn't be working there.

I went in to get a passport photo for my 3 year old and she was not cooperating. The staff went out of their way to help me out and made both of us feel comfortable. They were so patient and kind to us! I’m a first time mom so I had no idea what to do in this situation. I was just so impressed with their care. Thank you so much for helping me out!

I am so thankful for the staff at Walgreens. After my husband and I could not find a receipt to get over 200 dollars back from insurance on a prescription, the pharmacist offered to help us find a copy of our receipt. After a little digging, our original turned up (right where we left it of course) but it is so kind of them to try to prevent a $200 argument. As well, the store owner let me bring my pup in briefly when we had to wait a significant amount of time in the car on a prescription during a heat wave. Thank you guys so much for all you do.

I was on hold for 25 minutes just for them to hang up the phone on me, I immediately called them back and had to to wait behind 2 more people. How rude and lazy are your staff? I was hung up on after 25 minutes of waiting! Hung up on. Extremely rude. I just wanted to let you know that Ive been in line since 430 and its 515 now, i was supposed to have a covid test at 445

They let our $700 dollar medical test sit out on the counter for a week before shipping it. A bright white box that with words like "medical test", "live blood", "overnight" and "urgent" printed on it. Their reason? Well hum....the computers haven't worked.... and hum we haven't been able to sell any prescriptions either. Really? Lies. Just say you don't care.

My rating has nothing to do with the staff. The pharmacies are understaffed, overworked, and have to consistently deal with inventory issues and what appears to be poor regional and corporate management. I’ve spent more than 45 minutes on hold only to lose the connection. Lines in the store are rediculous and God help you if you get in the drive through line with less than 30 minutes to an hour before close because you’ll end up driving home without your meds. I’ve been a customer there for over 20 years. This may sound crazy but facts are facts. In the past two years alone between my insurance and my co-pay I’ve spent over $47,000 in prescriptions, not including meds for my wife and kids. That’s over $900,000 over the past 20 years. That nothing to shake a stick at for goodness sake.Another interesting note; take a look at the stock price. The price has gone from over $85 down to $47 a share. The attached pic shows a partial report of my meds. I’ve also included two excerpts from news agencies. The only way to bring about significant positive change is for customers to speak with their dollars. In the mean time I’ve taken my business elsewhere even though I have to drive further. If you live in the Bedford / Bloomington area, I suggest the CVS on 3rd street in Bloomington. It’s a 24 hour drive-through pharmacy. I haven’t had issues with getting through on the phone or getting my meds. My prediction…if they can’t get it together look for Walmart to buy them out. Walmart doesn’t have the current brick and mortar to serve neighborhood pharmacy business and they have a better inventory management and distribution capability. If you own Walgreens stock you might think about selling short. Finally, I feel bad for the staff at Bedford Walgreens and understand why the store can’t keep staff.Excerpt from NBC News: The latest worker shortage may affect your health: Pharmacies don't have enough staff to keep up with prescriptions. Pushed to the breaking point, pharmacy technicians are quitting in waves and stores are struggling to hire, leading to shorter hours, delayed prescriptions and risky mistakes.Dec 30, 2021.Excerpt from Business News Insider: Walgreens pharmacies are closing early around the country due to staff shortages. Some Walgreens locations have shortened hours because they lack staff. Pharmacists say they're being asked to work longer hours and do more. Walgreens raised pay and added bonuses for new workers.Nov 12, 2021

Their atm machine charges 3.50 for withdraw. Their card machine sometimes don’t work. Slow service and staff customer service is inconsistent.

I understand "short staffing", but closing entirely and canceling a second dose of pediatric covid vaccine with no backup other than pulling my kid from school is unacceptable. there's a delicate time frame to get this done and it's a huge letdown. And don't say in a voicemail to call back with questions, if when I call back not 5 minutes later you're going to say the pharmacy is closed all day and I can't talk to anyone.

On the phone for over an hour and a half trying to talk to a pharmacist and never did. It would improve services if someone would answer the phone instead of hearing the same old thing about they're on the phone with another person.
