You can expect your rent to increase as much as around $100 when you renew your lease. Every time you renew it will increase. Low price gets you in, then comes the increases. Higher than house payments. The rent prices come from the people in NJ. They own multiple apartments. Millions a year is not enough I guess.Local staff and maintenance are great people. Very friendly.The prices are too much.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! They are not BBB accredited and you get denied for no reason even with a credit score in the 600s and a co-signer.

Quiet, safe and clean environment. Pleasant and reliable staff. The apartment complex is close to establishments like Walmart, Jay-C, restaurants and fast foods. It has laundry on the complex that is only walking distance and parking is just in front of the units. Will definitely recommend to others.

This is a fantastic complex. Kelly was so friendly and explained everything so there were no surprises. The apartment was truly move-in ready. I love the storage and the private feeling. The closest thing to being in a home! :-)

I really enjoyed my stay at Ridgewood Apartments in Bedford, IN. My neighbors were friendly and always said hello or stopped to chat for a moment or two. Staff was curteous, helpful, and quick to rectify any problems I had. The Apartment complex is close to shopping and restaurants but in a more secluded area of Bedford where I could hear crickets chirping late at night and birds singing during the day. The city buses actually stopped at the complex to pick up and drop off passengers. The apartment complex was pet friendly with plenty of places to walk my dog that was not heavily trafficed. When I sell my home, I plan to return and become a permanent resident.
