Not sure what happened to this location. I've been coming here since they opened.. Normally I've never spent more than $80 for an oil change. The last time I went, it was $100. Normally this is what it is, it's 2024, prices are rising, I get it. But now I needed to work on the engine only to find that the hood lock won't unlock. After prying it open, I've also learned that the engine cover is also missing, the last people under there were the folks at Jiffy Lube. I don't quite understand how things have gone down hill so quickly

Did tires and alignment good. But was told brakes were metal on metal, when service lady let me look. Both front and back still 50% of pad and rotors still good. Hard to trust with service like that

I have yet to receive anything but excellent service here. The people are friendly and I love listening to the banter back and forth.
I have had 3 vehicles into this store in Bedford Indiana and have always left completely satisfied and happy with the prices of an oil change. From full synthetic to conventional oil I cannot say enough. Thanks Lexi and John for another great visit.

I was told the full synthetic was $99 an air filter was an additional $27 when I goto pay it's $181 for an oil change that was supposed to be 99 add 27 for an air filter that's not 181 that's a ridiculous price to start with but paying what I paid is a scam
