Accused of theft at the self checkout. No cashiers at registers so only option is self checkout. After scanning items, screen says help is on the way, girl comes over, logs into computer, a video of us pops up and tells her to confirm that we'd scanned everything that we'd just bagged. Which of course we had. If the store doesn't trust people to use self checkout, I suggest you hire some cashiers. If this ever happens again, we will walk out and they can go put our cart full of groceries back on the shelves. I suggest everyone else do the same.

This Jay C is outstanding. Not only does everyone who works there offer kindness and patience. They truly want to do all they can to make sure that your questions are answered. Even the venders that come in. Wonderful experience. Overall my favorite place to shop for groceries in Bedford.

I just came from the Bedford store. I was wondering why dogs are allowed to be in shopping carts that we put our food in. I understand true Service Dogs. But this is being abused and under no circumstances should there be Dogs in the carts. Perhaps I should bring my Cane Corso in. It is getting out of hand.

Not coming here again. The prices are absolutely disgusting. And store isn't clean as well as the self check out cashier is pushy especially when items are ringing up stupid prices and u ask them to remove that item because I refuse to pay 22$ for tiny bags of chips. Asking random customers for their rewards even after I stated I will not pay 22$ for a cardboard box and may 5 chips in a single bag. Absolutely not okay to get other customers involved in my personal transaction especially a men i never met and when I have kids with me is an absolute a big no no!!

Do not go here if you are in a hurry! I walked out and left my order at sitting at the self check because thier system decided I couldn't count the whole 8 items that I was purchasing and the person working the self check lanes was to busy talking and laughing with her co-workers to come over and and fix it so I could pay and leave.

I am shocked at the way my groceries were bagged today. I usually don't have problems with my pickup orders, but today was the exception. My bread is mashed. My chips are crushed. The bags of canned goods were overfilled and they ripped.

The deli workers are confused, lazy and mouthy. The cashiers are slow. Food over priced. The sea food is in an open area full of flies.
