I was born and raised in Bedford and have used this pharmacy for years and I had a medication that no other pharmacy had and I have moved a few years ago and my doctor sent my medication perscription to JayC store and just because I have not been there in a cpl years they had the medication but just a limited supply and would not fill mine because I was not a regular customer?? That is discrimination idc if I am or not if I need the medication then I need it.. idk how far up the ladder I have to go but I will go there

In my opinion, Jay C { in Bedford, IN } has the best pharmacy, and Pharmacy EMPLOYEES!They are always nice & polite. They also go above and beyond to try and make sure to help save you the most money possible. Side note : If u read this and go to CVS to get your prescriptions {in Bedford, IN} you are INSANE. CVS is hands down the worst place\pharmacy ever. All the Pharmacist and pharmacy techs hate their jobs, their lives and more importantly can't stand the customers. Also they don't mind letting you know how annoyed they are to do their jobs and help you. CVS is awful and you should go anywhere else besides there.(I'd buy my prescriptions off a hobo under a overpass before going to CVS.) I'd recommend trying Jay C .

Do not buy meat or cheese from the deli. They will charge you for higher prices meat and cheese then what they actually give you. Alexandria refused to wait on us and went to the hot bar and waited on other people who had walked us way after us. When we finally were waited on we had to listen to Alexandria and the other woman make racist comments about us. I has my youngest daughter and my granddaughter with me and they could hear Alexandria and the other woman. Alexandria was looking hard at all of us. A man behind us said "I am not ever going to buy anything from this store again and if I was you I would go right to the Manger " and he left the store directly. Our meat was already being cut and we had a cart full of groceries so leaving because of two nasty mouthed women was not an option. We took our meat and checked out. When we got home we noticed the both bags of meat had the same tag on them. We ordered bufflo turkey breast and butterball oven roasted turkey breast because they were both on sale for $4.99 a pound. We were charged for Kashmir off the bone turkey breast that was priced $6.99 a pound. We tried the meat and I saw the meat being cut and one was absolutely bufflo turkey breast. Not only is it redish orange in color making it very noticeable but it has some spice to it. The second package was was over roasted but not butterball. I asked a few of my friends and they has similar issues with the prices and descriptions being higher priced than the actual price of the meat or cheese they ordered. I will never shop at this store again. It seems to be a trend and if you do go there I recommend you double check your order for correctness or you too could be a victim of price swapping!

I have always had a pleasant experience with JayC pharmacies staff in Bedford. They all have been helpful with my questions and have always shown patience.

I simply cannot imagine why there are any bad reviews for this pharmacy. As I read through them prior to leaving this review, all that comes to mind, is that there are two sides to every story. I have been going to this pharmacy for at least 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. Ever. It was the first pharmacy that I felt completely comfortable going to. They go above and beyond to help me every time I am there and I consider them to be friends. They work very hard every day with class and tolerance. It is a much more stressful profession than one might think. Austin and staff have used every card possible to help me reduce prescription costs. So, to say he, or any of his staff is lazy - is simply a gross misrepresentation of the truth. Lastly, the designation, or title bestowed on a 'pharmacy leader' is called a Pharmacist.

I only went in for steak, milk, and eggs. They claim to have lower prices. Thats a laugh. As I browse the meats its obvious very few people are buying their products. The shelves are full. There is a notice saying due to covid blah blah blah to explain exorbitant prices. $18 for 3lbs of hamburger. This would seem reasonable if only they were selling out of it. They aren't. All the shelves are full. I refuse to buy at those prices and decide I'll go to Aldi's qnd start to walk away. Then I pass the bargain area. Even MORE hamburger turning grey marked down $15. Guess what? There are 4 or 5 packages sitting there because no sane person is going to buy at that price! There are at least 2 employees standing there like huh, I wonder why they aren't buying it. Because we aren't d**** I just walked away. We can only hope they lose money for ripping off hard working Americans. They missed the supply and demand portion of economics. If they aren't buying maybe its the price!

I have only been here once and the "Pharmacy Leader" Justin ensured that it will be my only visit. I use GoodRX and we pulled up a $17 cheaper price under "Jay C" on 2 different phones. Justin is too lazy to figure out why he couldn't get it to work on his computer so he forced me to pay the more expensive price listed under "Kroger" (I was in the Jay C listed on the phone, not a Kroger) When I told him that this would be the last time I would use his pharmacy, he told me that i could "change my attitude" or he wasn't going to give me my DOCTOR ORDERED PRESCRIPTION. So if you want your scripts held hostage in order to bleed you for more money, Justin is your man. The worst service I have ever had,; if Jay C had any concern about customer service they would find a new "leader" Justin is lazy and rude.

They always treat my family and I wonderful from my husband to our youngest son. We switched to Jayc Pharmacy from CVS because of certain negative things. Now we won't go anywhere else. 5 Stars for sure! -Nicole King

I have had issue after issue with this pharmacy in the past few years. Customer service appears to be way down on their list of priorities. My most recent experience has convinced me to find another pharmacy.
