I went to J.O.T.S. For a tire repair a few months ago. They were friendly, reasonably priced, experienced, and did a great job. They were very helpful and answered the many questions I had regarding my car. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

I contacted John Grubb to complete work on my wife's equinox. I dropped it off Thursday, May 4. I received an estimate May 7 and gave him the okay to complete the work on May 9. I reached out the 15th, 18th, and 20th with no response to calls or texts. Finally heard back on the 22nd that he was waiting for parts and should be completed in 7-9 days. I gave him 9 business days and had not heard any updates. From May 23rd, I never heard anything until June 6, the day after I reported the vehicle stolen. He said it would be ready to pick up the next morning. I find the car in the road, no key, no note, no receipt, no contact. Nothing. I had to text from a different phone to even find out he left the key in the gas lid. I assume he completed no work on the vehicle, as he is not contacting me about payment and the vehicle is still having the same issues.

Hey what a great place, and the owner is SO knowledgeable. I trust him, will only go to him. I dubbed him 'The Car Whisperer'! Fitting since the other shops I've been too tried to fix a problem that was nonexistent or told me my car was fine. Thank you Johnny @ Johnny's Auto!

Wife had a flat with kids in car after hours with no spare. Called and spoke with Johnny. He and his wife helped me out tremendously! They were both very polite and easy to work with. They got right to work and got it fixed very quickly. I highly recommend this company!!!!!Service: Tires

Took this guy my scooter to fix, kept it... Won't return my phone calls or texts, haven't heard from him in over a month. He is holding my property and I don't know if he has even looked at it just won't talk to me at all. I will never take this guy anything again and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone but my worst enemy.

Passing through town and blew a tire on our trailer, too late on a Friday no tire shops were open. Called Johnny's Auto Center said they would have someone that could help us. Looked at the tire, found us a replacement and mounted it on the rim. Quick, Professional, and well priced. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.Service: Tires

Came in for a rattle in the front end of my truck. Not only did John find and fix the problem, he notified me of other problem areas that would’ve been a tragedy down the road if I just kept driving.
