It’s always a pleasure dealing with the wonderful ladies of this store. I have shopped here several times. Always very willing to Fix my broken watch, or change a battery. Today I went in to fix an old watch and ended up buying a new one. It’s awesome and they gave me a great deal. Thank you for being a wonderful shop.

I'm no expert on fine stones, but, I've purchased quite a few in my 59 years. :The Ladies, at this fine establishment, were so friendly,honest and, helpful... And,it's a real take your time, I'm just hanging around to help you, type of atmosphere. Jokingly, I asked if they had a Veterans discount, I'm a disabled veteran, all can say is, don't forget to ask!: Great quality, courtesy, prices are surprisingly low.... beautiful gift boxes. ?.

I have a diamond gentleman’s ring that belonged to my father who died in 1998. I took it to J. Howard Jewelers in Bedford IN to inquire abt having the diamond reset, some sapphires added and generally refurbish the ring. The final result was astonishing! I couldn’t believe it was the same ring. It’s beautiful! I couldn’t be happier! Joy spent a lot of time with me making suggestions and choosing the right color sapphires. So nice to find a jeweler I can trust and who cares abt my family heirloom as much as I do! Thank you, Joy!
