Had the most amazing stylist today named Carla. Not only did she make my hair beautiful she also made my heart full. 10/10 would recommend sitting in her chair

Used to be my favorite place to get a haircut but I was on hold for 20 mins before I hung up. Try to call about an appointment again and the phone is busy. Gonna gete a barber and be done with this.

My stylist, Carla, did an amazing job deterring and creating the change (coloring) that I wanted with my hair. She researched and studied how to best provide the results I wanted while I was under the dryer before the toning. I just left Fantastic Sam’s with a better than ever expected job. Thanks Carla!!!❤️❤️❤️

Grace and Jess are fabulous. I love my highlights and hairstyle done by Grace. Jess did a great haircut on my daughter's hair. Great job, ladies. We will definitely come back. You both are great and do wonderful work. ❤️

I would give it zero stars if that were an option. the hairdresser ruined my hair. I asked her to do the roots and she did the whole thing, the wrong color and fried it. When I tried to talk to the manager, she was rude and screamed on the phone. Stay away from this business.

Took my son for a cut and when we got home realized he had hair all around his ears still. No attention to detail and sloppy service.

4 hr before you closed you would not take a call in appointment so came in 3 hr before close one person in the waiting area and told us no more walk ins today this is 2nd time this has happened not a 3rd

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I called ahead of time at 5 pm for a haircut, got one scheduled for 5:45 and people were coming in after me and getting haircuts before me they kept telling me they’d get to me I waited around till 6:25 before leaving

Not even worth one star.....Nightmare, stylist acted like she had no idea what she was doing when cutting hair, my daughter that has never cut hair could have done a better job! $21 dollars donated to a Terrible cause! Stylist shaved around one of my ears and snipped around the other they were so uneven, I was afraid to ask her to fix it, went in for a cut and I had to tell her how to cut it And even though it wasn't even and it was visibly to be seen she would still ask me if it looked okay, It was almost humerous how dumb she acted, she was completely clueless and clearly just there for a paycheck. I won't ever go back. The picture in the pink jacket was after leaving the salon.... The other picture is after I got home and my daughter and I trimmed it up the rest of the way and made it look like an actual haircut styled!Haircut price: $21.00
