Avoid like the plague. Casey Irwin has no concern for her tenants. Security is very limited and this facility has major security concerns. Do not have your elderly parent live here or you will be sorry. Staff is extremely arrogant and will not solve the problems for their tenants.

I lived there 12 years, with some nice Property Managers, until Glick Property Management promoted Paula & left. Then Casey (on advice from my IN Legal Services Attorney, last name omitted) got promoted. Life there went to hell when an old lady was allowed to move in above me. When or even when I was at IU Bedford Hospitol, for over a week, with COVID-19, she told management that she could hear music or TV coming from my apt. Since 10/2020 that ladydied. Because non of the halls have security cameras, you are open to false accusations, from other residents, on any floor. Accusations are to be put an a Resident Complaint Form & given to Casey, who will have a envelope slid under your apt. door, containing a letter, warning you of the accusation(s). You can discuss that with Casey but, it will do you no good. These will haunt you until Casey meets an applicant that she likes. Even with a IN Legal Services, I had to have a family member take IN Health Dept. proof of COVID-19 to get Lawrence County Court Reporter to move up th of the hearin. Casey thought the letter was fake.

Casey thought the letter was fake. She is that dumb. I now live in an efficiency apt. from the BHA with security cameras.

The complex and apartments are clean and well kept. The staff throughout the facility are outstanding and so helpful to my parents. Just a great team that helps make everything very smooth. A+

I am a resident at Cambridge Square. They are very well maintained, tastefully decorated, convenient located for all any shopping needs or medical needs. They have grounds that are beautifully decorated and good for spending time outside. All repairs are made very quickly for the comfort of the tenants. The management is very efficient and polite. I have lived here twice I made a sad mistake and moved the first time but was lucky enough to get to come back. I love living here and they are far superior to most income based apartments.

My mom lives in one of these apartments and I have not seen her this happy in a LONG time! They genuinely car about their tenants. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They keep the tenants engaged with fun and informative activities! I hope I can live there when I get older!

I love living here with my girl and my friends if it wasn't for this place I would of never gotten to meet my bestie Paula kay she is a sweet girl and she really loves her residences I love volunteering with her and helping her with the newsletters and bulletins boards.

I've lived in different apartments and this is by far the best plass ive ever lived. Its not just a place to live, its a family. When i moved in i made friends right away, and Paula Kay and Samantha was great, warm and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone to move in. Danny of maintenance is great. Always has a smile. I cant EVER want to live anywhere else.

I have lived here for almost 4 yrs. I love it. The apartments are clean & just really nice. They have a great staff who are willing to help you no matter the problem. I hope to live here for a very very long time. Great neighborhood & close to stores & many restaurants.

these are really nice Apts to live in
staff is awesome however the best manager I've ever delt with while living in Apts just got a promotion awesome for her sad for us Paula Kay did train the new Manger though so it should be OK, it has so far plus it takes time also don't forget about the wonderful job the maintenance men do around here specially for there just to be 2 of them. Coordinator does a great job too. Paula Kay will be missed by many!!!! The grounds always looks nice, staff is always polite and stays to their selves in less you include them (boy that's really hard to find) prices are right so are the size of the Apts for 1 or 2 people

The people are really helpful and they are really nice people and it's peaceful and the help around here is really great and the people around hereare really helpful and I more then thank the staff around here is more then awsome.
