They did awesome on the repair of my Kia. It needed a lot of work with a lot of big pieces to replace. They made it look like it never happened. My car was buffed and clean inside and out. I got to pick it up 4 days early as well.

Had my vehicle repaired here as part of a Progressive insurance claim. Work was handled professionally and quickly--my vehicle was done four days ahead of schedule: full front bumper, trim, lighting housing, radiator, etc. Vehicle was cleaned inside and out after repairs with tires shined and air freshener sprayed. Super easy transaction. I would take any vehicle here. They're award winners for a reason.

The website needs to be updated to start! Unlike what the website says, they DO NOT offer a free complimentary loaner car and are not open on Saturday. I chose BB&P from my insurance claim. BB&P called me on a Thursday and scheduled a time I could drop my vehicle off for repair the Monday of the upcoming week. During that call, I did mention I did not have another car to drive once mine was dropped off. Monday went to drop off the vehicle, and I was told there was no other vehicle for me, and they didn’t have me down to get a rental car. I “must have slipped through the cracks” they said. Without another vehicle, I left in my car, and the body shop called to have me placed on a waitlist with the local rental car company since none were available at that time. Wednesday arrived, and I received a rental thinking that was the “complimentary loaner car” and was told my vehicle would be done Friday. I returned the vehicle not yet hearing from the Body Shop on Saturday and to my surprise found out Monday the full amount (over $100) was charged to my credit card used to make the deposit required for the rental! Thankfully, I had made other arrangements for unknown remaining time since my car didn’t end up being done until Tuesday, and I had not heard from them. I stopped by to get something out of my vehicle on two separate occasions after hours, and my vehicle was left out unlocked both times! My vehicle’s camera confirmed they used my vehicle to drive around town from shop to shop I’m guessing to find matching vinyl stripes they were to replace. Instead of taking a work vehicle and a sample of vinyl from my old bumper, they put an additional 15+ frivolous miles on my brand new car, using shockingly ¼ of a tank of gas at $4.00 a gallon. I ended up having to supply the vinyl in the end anyway as they couldn’t find any that matched. They did lower the price, thankfully, since I was asked to supply the vinyl. The manner in which they drove my car, putting it nicely, was disrespectful on a good day! Playing with the paddel shifters, not knowing how/when to shift properly and at one point someone took it 0-50mph in less then 0.2 miles on a city road that’s speed limit might be at the most 30 mph. I had no mechanical work completed on my new car. Zero reason for someone to need to drive my new vehicle like it is a race car but does show why my car that was dropped off with a freshly topped off full tank had ¼ of a tank less gas. I know i would have had to pay $6 a gallon if the rental car was returned with less then a full tank!To add insult to injury a gentleman driving stated that my vehicle’s “molding was cheap because the color wasn’t printed all the way through". Good thing it’s not his car, I suppose, and it sure wasn't too cheap for him to drive it all around town either!! I re-did part of the rally stripes they had put on because the bumper didn’t line up with the hood. The paint job they did on the new bumper was good at best. While pulling the vehicle in the paint shop, some of the workers e horsing around and decided to throw a ball at the driver of my vehicle, which in turn obviously HIT MY CAR!! There is debris in the paint, spot that the paint was put on to thick causing a run, along with other small but noticeable imperfections and at night looking at the bumper compared to the rest of the car it appears nearly 2 shades darker then the factory paint. The morning after I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the fog light was not working. I removed my fender liner clips and liner to see that they had forgotten to plug the fog light in!! Silly oversight to make when that is one of the main things the vehicle went in to have replaced. Tires were overinflated. My tires call for 32 and 33 psi, which is listed within the vehicle’s info system. Each one of my read 40 psi. when I picked it up. BB&P doesn't seem to have a good sense of quality control, in my opinion. Brand new car doesn't look like I expected it to.
