We accidentally parked on the edge of their parking lot while at the garden center. We thought it was the same business. After we loaded, a man came out of the hardware store. When I said we’ve got it (after loading multiple large items) he said yeah I know you do.. He rudely said don’t park here. We said we didn’t park here, we came up here to load. He then said in a very rude and condescending manner- do me a favor and don’t do it again. Needless to say we’ll spend our money in Shelbyville when needing something they carry.

Wanted to purchase wood pellets. So before 20 miles, I called to verify they had what I wanted in stock. Brent indeed verified they had what I wanted. Long story short, Brent lied and did not verify. Wasted over an hour of my time and gas money going there. Thanks Gillmans

its a pretty good place. just don't go there get key copies made. I've probably made 50+ house keys there and had most of them not work right the first time. I've made 2 nonchipped car keys and only one works good. -1 star for keys.4/5 stars.

Be warned the sweet tea is very, very sweet. The wedge salad was drowning in dressing, bacon bits soggy and so was the tomato. French onion soup was OK. My husband liked his Rueben sandwich, but said it wasn't very warm. The fries were good.

Today I went to have a key made and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone in store to come up to the front and make a key then I asked him where the graphite was so I can put it in my lock . This is helpful of the store attendant. A good visit today compared to last time.
