I have been getting prescriptions filled the last several months at George's Pharmacy. It has by far been the fastest & most convenient trip through a pharmacy drive thru. I have always been able to pick up my prescriptions on my first trip, which usually doesn't happen anywhere else.The staff is very friendly, helpful and prompt. I recently dealt with Cammie Pierson again, and she helped make my trip even easier. She has set me up with text reminders and answered questions I had without making it awkward. That was a big relief and I'm grateful for her help and professionalism! She has helped more than just this visit which makes it great to know an employee truly cares for their customers! The Batesville Pharmacy has such great staff!

I like that they deliver. But they don't do auto refill. So you have to be on top of medication. But when you're sick or have surgery, that's harder to do.

I called to refill a prescription November 30th said it would be ready to pick up the next day upon going to pickup it wasn't there said had to order would be next day which was December 2nd still didn't come in so now called today December 5th still not there told me hopefully December 7th wow shakingmy head why wouldn't you order when you are running low on medication time to find another pharmacy

I had to rent a CONTINUOUS FLOW portable oxygen concentrator for my granddaughter to take on a plane. When I called to ask if they had one I was assured they did. Several times I told them that it had to be continuous flow and not pulse flow. It was delivered this morning with no instructions so I called to get the settings for continuous flow. I was told the Respiratory therapist was in a meeting and would call me back. I explained that this was an issue that needed dealt with quickly. 2 hours later still no call so I called again. Finally spoke with someone who said they do not have portable concentrators that have continuous flow. The lady I originally spoke with got on the phone and said she did not remember us talking about the need for continuous flow oxygen.... Instead of admitting she made a mistake she played the I don't remember game. Anyone who deals with a medically complex child knows these are not the games we have time for. Our flight for a Dr's appt leaves tomorrow at 6am and here we are trying to find an oxygen concentrator for our 4 yr old granddaughter who's fighting brain cancer. This is totally unacceptable.

I stayed home all day today waiting on them to deliver my medicine. I call them the first time and ask them if my medicine was going to be delivered today and they said yes.well I call back at 4:30 she said they put in the wrong box now I have to wait atill tomorrow. I hate Batesville George Pharmacy.

The drive thru time is ridiculous, and the scripts are never ready when ordered and have 8-10 people staffed and still takes 10-15 min to pick up a script that's preorder

6 days ago I picked up my monthly prescriptions but the pharmacy had forgot my breathing medications. They told me that to have it the next day on delivery. No they didn't... So I go back to the pharmacy again the next day again because they didn't deliver my breathing medication. A middleweight female Pharmacy with blonde hair. Acted very frustrated, because I was demanding my breathing medication that was 5 days late as if it was my fault. She was very indignant with no patience at all. Funny thing is is I don't know those people anything, yes she act like it was a privilege that I was even going to be served in the first place with her attitude. This is not the normal service at George's. It really makes me dread doing business, but I have to in order to live. I guess we're expected to just take it sometimes.... Or do we? An apology would have been nice, however I think it might have killed her to say I'm sorry.

The Respiratory Dept. at this location works hand in hand with George's Pharmacy Brookville location to assure my needs are met. The staff is compassionate, professional and courteous and goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. This is a top notch, well managed business and a vital asset to our community. Highly recommended.

It's has taken them 3 months just to send stuff to the state that was faxed same day from doctors office State takes 10 days to approve. Then they were suppose to send out a order I call to check on it a week later and they still failed to place the order.

Very unfriendly and not willing to help the person I encountered treated me very poorly. Not wanting to help as if I was a burden to them.
