When I first went in I was treated well by heavyset guy who works there. My order was to come in a few days later. Problem is he did not inform and staff. And they seemed somewhat aloof and somewhat rude when I called to find out if my prepaid merchandise was there or not. Probably the same female. She was interested in some other guys that were in the shop and seem bothered about my coming in. She was short and curt. Customer service took a back seat at this establishment both times so don't with this female. If she don't like working there she should find another job.... Just a suggestion. Up until today, I had thought a lot of Geis Electronics. One female with an attitude totally blew that perception out of the water twice! If I had been her boss, I would have fired her. She's the Jack Kevorkian of sales ?

Called to see availability of an upright freezer. They had one in stock. Paid over phone, same day delivery! Took away my old one as well! All in the same day and delivered even after they were closed. Best service! Weekend of the famous Cherry-Thing-a-Lings! They surprised us by bringing us a cherry pie! Can’t beat buying local! Thank you Geist you guys are the best!!!

They sell Oreck vacuums, so I took mine to be serviced because the power cord had a short. They charged me $50 and all they did was cut 6 inches off the cord, rather than replacing it.
