We have accounts at two banks and wanted to consolidate to one. We chose 5/3 and went in to discuss some options. We stood in the waiting area for 15 minutes and we’re never acknowledged. Decision made. TD bank gets all our business.

This location is the reason why i closed my saving and checking account with 5/3. the lady was really unfriendly and didn't seem to believe i was the owner of my accounts despite me answering all their questions and showing multiple forms of identifications. Its like i'm a huge bother trying to deposit checks or withdraw money. This happened multiple times and i got fed up and closed the accounts.

Unacceptably slow service with an emphasis on the drive through. I probably spend a total of 90 minutes every week waiting in line. If you value your time, choose another bank.
