We have accounts at two banks and wanted to consolidate to one. We chose 5/3 and went in to discuss some options. We stood in the waiting area for 15 minutes and we’re never acknowledged. Decision made. TD bank gets all our business.

Always a pleasant experience. Friendly staff take care to get your transactions completed right the first time.

Unacceptably slow service with an emphasis on the drive through. I probably spend a total of 90 minutes every week waiting in line. If you value your time, choose another bank.
