We were from out of state and like to see what other stores have. The staff were very friendly, the store was clean and set up well. We found a couple things our Dollar Trees don't carry.

I worked 51 hours and was paid for 12 hours and when I brought my concern to Heather Fraizer the dm she denied my claim, even though you can see edited time in their system and who performed it. The manager here juliann M. Shaves time from employees to receive her monthly bonus. If you worked here with her, check your pay.

Poor cashier experience. I won't be going to Dollar Tree in Batesville anymore. Like how are going to drop stuff outta my bag, and u dnt realize you dropped something and another thing, how the ring up an item twice not realize then wanna argue with customer

This place is a GEM. Always clean and bright, no overly crowded aisles, lots of interesting inventory, open 12 hours a day, clean and not-sketchy public restrooms and reasonable checkout lines. If you’re driving by on 74, this is a great place to stop for snacks or essentials.

Their cleaning supplies are watered down ALOT. Bought some ammonia there and it was so watered down you could bearly smell the ammonia. BUYER BEWARE YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR THERE!

The problem with these big box stores on the discount is that they never have enough staff on hand meaning the cashier might be at the other end in the store putting away stock while you're up at the counter waiting for him or her to come back from doing that job so that they can check you out. It can be very frustrating at times. This is happening at all the stores though. It's a practice that's greed based, because it does not serve the customer in any way. All it is is extra profit for the shareholders. A sore like the store bending you over and saying take that....
