“I visited Brianne’s Boutique today for the first time. I heard they carry Judy Blue jeans randomly on Facebook and had to check it out. From the minute I walked through the door, all of the ladies working here were very nice and welcoming. In addition to the top notch customer service, they have an excellent selection of clothes for all shapes and sizes. I struggle to find things that fit me, but fell in love with so many different pieces. They also have shoes, jewelry, handbags, etc.. if you have not checked them out, this is a must see!”
“I walked in looking for a specific wedding guest outfit and Terese? Teresa? She helped me and had a fitting room ready for me. It is higher price but you get what you paid for. I wish they had more sizes in each item but overall loved the store.”

“I took my daughter here to look at prom dresses, we ended up purchasing one and let me just say, Lizzy was FANTASTIC!! She let my daughter start by picking out 3 dresses on her own first and then she had a dress in mind that would look great. She asked us about budget before offering the dress as an option. When I tell you she knows what she's doing, the dress was stunning on my daughter. It was the perfect fit, color, and style. She was also very efficient, as she knew exactly when she was ready to be zipped up and explained the entire process in detail but very timely. We have 2 more years of prom and will be back at XO by Sophia's and hope that we get Lizzy every time!!”

“Okay Service , store is always clean. My only serious problem Is I can’t always find what I like in my size. They barely carry Sizes 3’s or bigger bras in store. Also , Yes the prices are high but they always have sales. If you have torrid cash from previous purchases it’s not so bad. Especially when you’re able to add it on whatever is on sale too. “Love Ross but Franklins location is the best. Staff makes u feel important and willing to help u find what u need. Their inventory changes all the time so u can have the best options and not the same thing over and over. The prices are the best. I have to dress up for work and dress clothes get pricey but luckily I have Ross to turn too.”
“The store was well stocked and they had a good 20% off coupon for the day. Unfortunately, the prices are really high and even the clearance stuff was higher than I thought they would be. The staff was friendly, although you really had to look around to find someone. I think Kohl's needs to do a better job of hiring so they have more people on the floor to help assist customers.”
