I had to have my Pomeranian put down and my complaint is that they only let me hold him till he went to sleep then took him to back for euthanization. I've ALWAYS been able to hold my babies till they took their last breath in the past”

“I've been taking my dogs to Hillview for over 20 years - 3 different dogs. Dr Clark has always been so patient and gentle with my fur babies. My current rescue has soo many issues and they are great with him. Like everyone, they are dealing with some staffing shortages so I now need to call in my dogs prescription refills the day before instead of just walking in and it takes a bit longer to answer the phone but, it's nothing more than a minor inconvenience.”

“When my son's hamster Stubby passed last week, I made him a comfy little faux-fleece-lined shoebox coffin, and my husband and son brought him to the Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Care clinic on Stop 11; they share the building with Noah's Animal Hospital. They had his little self cremated.This morning, when we opened the post, there was a sympathy card in our box, signed by all of their staff -- and enclosed with a little wildflower seed pod for Allan to plant in memoriam.To the staff at VSEC, thank you. You took something that was truly awful for my little boy, and made it taste just a little less bitter. ?”

I reached out to Meridian Veterinary Clinic for a second opinion on how to treat this. I was very impressed by the staff. They got me in quickly.Everyone was so kind and Shiloh really seemed at ease there. Dr. Ruehle was amazing. She listened to all my concerns and very much involved me in the treatment decision process. I've been dealing with this issue for several months at a different vet. AND Z MY DOG IS A DIABETIC AND ALL THE BLOOD WORK THAT HE HAD AT INDY WEST MECHIGIAN AND 4 OTHER VETS ONLY DR HALL KNEW HE WAS A DIABETIC I SPENT $500 HUNDRED DOLLARS AT INDY VET FOR THEM TO TELL ME TO TAKE A PICTURE OF HIM WENT HE FALLS SO THEY CAN SEE WHATS WRONG WITH HIM I AM SO HAPPY WITH DR HALL I WILL ONLY GO TO HIM AND HIS STAFF I CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING MY DOG IS IN GO HANDS I DON'T CARE ABOUT WAITING , SCHEDULING , I JUST WANT MY DOG TO LIVE IF THEY WERE NOT A GOOD VET WHY IS IT ALWAYS BUSY YOU GET 5 STARS FROM ME”

“I have been coming to this hospital for all of my veterinary needs for 10 years I have three Chihuahuas two are two years old and one senior who is 16. My vet Tracy love her to death. She’s awesome a genuinely good person and a terrific vet. I’ve never had any issues or problems with them at all. I have seen Tracy go out of her way to help Others dogs and times of and honestly I think she does too much. She really stretches herself out for one individual.
