“Went in last night, Jakeb was there and was super helpful. He was very kind and patient. It was busy. There was a lot of people in there, but he managed to take care of everybody at the same time. There were a few customers to come in during the process, Robby being the only employee on site handled them as best he could while getting our phones transferred over. “They came to my house and repaired my phone in my driveway! How much easier could it be? Even if you don't have insurance on your android, they have the cheapest repairs than any place I looked. Most places wanted $100 to $200 more! Plus, they specialize in Androids!”

“Ok so the company itself isn't always deserving of this rating but the service at this particular store in Greenwood today was excellent. James helped me setup a new line on my account using an existing phone. He was friendly and engaging while we completed the paperwork and really patient explaining to me the final price as I misunderstood twice what the new total would be. The only caveat is next time if I need to go to the store I'll make an appointment. Didn't know I could do that and was lucky my wait was only 10 minutes or so.”

She gave me a discount on my screen protector and case and also helped set up my email! She is the best! I got the phone I wanted for free! The Samsung A54 5g a $500 phone! Very polite and professional, but t-mobil is by far the worst cell phone carrier I've ever had. 3 phones billed to my account from a t mobile call center, a "free " watch that was junk and still paying for, a tablet on my bill i never had in the 1st place, monthly bill that is everywhere and call in customer service that is just rude and sub par, ill be leaving as soon as possible”

“First time at Sam's Club since I was a kid and I was super impressed. The store was super clean and organize. I usually shop at Costco and I can say I truly like Sam's a lot better. My only complaint was the snack bar had no mustard, ketchup, napkins, the tables were all dirty and most drinks and slushies were out. Seemed pretty odd to me so maybe just a shipment and staff shortage issue. Luckily I had baby wipes in my purse and shared them it's the couple dining next to us. The Halloween and Christmas displays were pretty and I love the fact it doesn't seem so cluttered and anxiety inducing as Costco. I will definitely be switching to Sam's.”

“My last couple of stops at this Walmart Money Center/Customer Service Desk has been awesome. I've been in and out in less than 5 minutes. The store is a whole other problem tho. It's been a total disaster. What I can't figure out is why they have so many You Scans at each end of the store and don't have the ones at the end by the pharmacy open EVER. But they have had people working as greeters at that entrance so that's a total mystery to me. The lines have been awful in the few lanes they have had open. They'll only have 2-3 lanes open with regular employees and then the You Scan at the end by the groceries. Like I began, Customer Service has been awesome the last couple visits. The lines at the registers has been awful. There have been two times in the last week that I've just set down my items I was going to purchase because I'm not gonna spend more time in line than I did shopping in the store.”
