“Ok so the company itself isn't always deserving of this rating but the service at this particular store in Greenwood today was excellent. James helped me setup a new line on my account using an existing phone. He was friendly and engaging while we completed the paperwork and really patient explaining to me the final price as I misunderstood twice what the new total would be. The only caveat is next time if I need to go to the store I'll make an appointment. Didn't know I could do that and was lucky my wait was only 10 minutes or so.”

640 US 31 S Ste J, Greenwood“There's one person who is the reason I'm rating 5 stars. Our experience was horrible. We went to buy phones and JASON was out sales rep. He kept changing the prices on things, would say we get two free phones then when he rung it up, suddenly we would owe $200. So we decided to keepy phone and get one new phone. Then he couldn't get the phone to scan. That alone isn't bad but while he's talking to us and doing all this he has an attitude, spoke sideways to my husband and I, and he kept looking at his watch. Saying we close in 20 mins I don't think I can help. We left. We called T-Mobile and ordered over the phone. Received them and couldn't activate them
Had to go back to same store. Thankfully JASON wasn't working. Luckily Devin was. He spent so much time figuring out the problem. He was wonderful. He was joking around and laughing with us. He kept apologizing even though it wasn't his fault. He got on the line with customer service when they were frustrating me. He was a wonderful man. Thanks DEVIN for going way above and beyond for us, you're a rockstar.”

“My last couple of stops at this Walmart Money Center/Customer Service Desk has been awesome. I've been in and out in less than 5 minutes. The store is a whole other problem tho. It's been a total disaster. What I can't figure out is why they have so many You Scans at each end of the store and don't have the ones at the end by the pharmacy open EVER. But they have had people working as greeters at that entrance so that's a total mystery to me. The lines have been awful in the few lanes they have had open. They'll only have 2-3 lanes open with regular employees and then the You Scan at the end by the groceries. Like I began, Customer Service has been awesome the last couple visits. The lines at the registers has been awful. There have been two times in the last week that I've just set down my items I was going to purchase because I'm not gonna spend more time in line than I did shopping in the store.”
