We are greeted with a friendly smile as we check in. This facility has many health and fitness options as well as social activities to join. The pool is amazing for those who enjoy the water. All the equipment is kept clean (do your part too), great working condition for everyone’s use. We feel comfortable with no intimidation or shame; everyone is there to become a healthier person

Love that my whole family (including kids) have the opportunity to exercise together for a decent family membership price. There are discounts for medical workers and veterans too! Love the classes although would love to have more class options in the evenings and Saturday mornings.
