I came in to drop off my old equipment. Walked in to the attached image on the screen. Maybe I’m just a prude, but I found this wildly unacceptable. I’m glad my kids weren’t with me.

I had an issue to fix with my account, instead of assisting me the salesperson said they are middle man with a company blue fox and cannot help me. The store name says xfinity but they work for blue fox, what a waste of time like xfinity.

Not a corporate store, I suggest going to the one either around West 86th and 465 or County Line road and Emerson. First 3 months of service, something always went wrong when I went to pay online or in store, always on time, after being signed up for a different mobile plan then asked for. When they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my service the third month,They finally sent me to a corporate store and I've been without service for about a month now ??? it's just ridiculous at this point and it all started with this store.

Dropped off equipment. Walked into store, nice, comfortable, and clean. Salesman was prompt, scanned the box, handed me a receipt, and I was back in the car. Took less than 5 minutes in total.

Does not help with anything. I have never had an account set up with them and every time I call to get something set up they hang up on me because I don't have an account number which I am trying to set-up.....

Had a terrible reason for having to travel so far, but once I explained why I was there Travis was the most helpful person to guide me through the awful circumstances I've ever had and I've been a loyal customer for,17 years and was lied to via telephone support but Travis did his absolute best to try to sort it out. Made an appointment which I highly recommend you do. Not overcrowded like most other locations and original person was very friendly and was also shocked by the reason I was there. Once my issue was resolved it took two hours plus some and still upset about being lied to from their support center and they should be ashamed of themselves for letting their own people do what they did to me over the phone. But still I have no reason to give the actual store anything but the best reviews. Thank you Travis for dealing with such a mess

Been here multiple times. Never had any issues. Andrew fixed my issue with getting my husband’s phone switched over. Awesome customer service!

Same exact situation except nobody was there either at 10am or 5pm. So my husband went in late and left early for absolutely nothing. We live over hr away as well and now I’m lost as to what to do next. Impossible to reach live human being and auto service won’t allow me to speak with anyone since it cannot understand my issue. This is crazy

Went to this store in the middle of the day and doors were locked with 2 employees inside just shaking their heads saying they are closed. Xfinity truly does not want my business.

Rep I spoke to said they close at 7. Online shows they close at 7. Drive an hour to get there they close at 5 now by the paper on the door. Update the website or something

Store hours are not correct. Google and Comcasts own website and the store window list the store as being open till 7. We went after driving an hour because we couldn't resolve our issue over the phone. Got there just after 5 pm to find a paper sign on the door saying they closed at 5. Employees would not help us even after telling them. They told us we could drive another 30 min to a different location. There is also no phone number to call the store to know their hours before you head to the store.
