This is my off email which is why it says spam. My phone broke and the first shop I went to told me the motherboard was fried and everything was dead. Turns out the screen was just super busted. Cameron and Marc were super helpful! The screen repair was about $120, which is cheaper than most apple repair places I've gone to. They had a phone case and phone screen protector in-store which made the whole process a lot easier. Would definitely recommend them!

I’ll give them 2 stars for being open.The store front is a mix of a flea market of random junk and cell shop. The person that came to help me didn’t touch the phone at all. I just told him “The speaker stopped working. We attempted to power cycle the phone, change settings. Nothing worked. He just can’t hear anything anymore.” The representative said, “just buy a new phone”.This was an iPhone 11 Pro Max. He said, “this is a common problem with the iPhones…. The circuits just break and the phone needs replaced.” I have had an iPhone of every series nearly, and never had this issue happen once. He said, he’s been doing it for 20 years. Hard to believe someone has stayed in business 20 years telling people to buy new phones…. Go to the Ishop and save yourself the trouble.

I was told it would take an hour for my cell phone screen to be repaired. Got a call 30 minutes later saying they where done. Works like a charm. Will be back.

Customer service was exceptional! They were more reasonably price compared to the other locals near by I saved 60 dollars!!! I will definitely come back soon! Plus he stay open lol after six so I could make it to pick up my daughters phone. I truly appreciated that!!!

I actually spoke with a person that knew how to replace my cell phone battery. I think his name was Anthony or Andrew. Whoever it was thank you for knowledgeable prompt service and repair of my cell phone.

My iphone 8 plus shattered and the mic was messed up, found this store and went in with NO appt. My phone with new glass, new microphone, added a off label Otter box, was out the door in 20 minutes and paid under $200 for everything!!!! Greatest placeThe phone repair shop on Rockville Rd. Avon Indiana Outstanding!!

so far battery replacement looks good. only question was why make an appointment when tech wasn't there until later. Got phone with new battery later in the day but had to make 2 trips.
