Absolutely the worst ever!! I refill my prescriptions on their site and I’m given a 10am pick up time the next day. I go there at 2 pm the next day and I’m told not ready to come back in an hour. This is the fourth time this has happened. I will be changing where I get my scripts.

I understand that sometimes it takes time to work out customer issues, but to stand in line and watch 4 drive-thru customers being serviced with down time in between while the in-store one customer is serviced is a bit frustrating. Is it not possible for the drive thru clerk to service in store?

We have been using this Pharmacy for the last 10 years and every time no matter what it is they always send us across the street to CVS even asked if we could get our prescription sent to the CVS but they said that the Walgreens is the place covered by our insurance then when we go there it is not covered
