Rude staff who has very little patience when dealing with customers. If you're not purchasing stuff from their location they don't have the time and not willing to help. Very unfortunate.

Ordered phone. Sales Rep gave me his number and told me to call him direct because of a rather complicated setup we will be doing. Have now tried to contact employee four times. He does not answer and his voice mail is full. I would think that an employee would at least check and empty his voice mail on a regular basis. If he is there I think I should go buy a lottery ticket.... my lucky day.

The lady at the front when you first come in Adonis was rude. I asked a simple question and she was disrespectful back to the point I waited in my car until it was my turn because I didn’t want to be around her negative energy with her rolling her eyes

Terrible customer service, had network issues, wouldn't connect without wifi. Call service told me to go to Verizon store to sort it out. Both a young lady and young male were rude. The male refused to talk to the account holder over the phone, who happens to live in florida. Paying for a sevice that can't be used unless I pay for another service(wifi), absolutely great... they show they only care about sales, not actually providing a service. Let alone true customer service.

Useless! I made an appointment and stated my reason. I arrived at the store and they told me to go to apple because they do not service Well, why offer that as an option when making an appointment??? The attitude didn’t help either.
