I had a wonderful experience with Vacuums & More in Avon. My 8 year old Dyson was struggling and I was very happy with their repair and service. It is running like new again for a very reasonable price. It took less than a week to save myself hundreds of dollars!

I researched various vacuums retailers online and stumbled upon Vacuums & More when I searched close to my home. I met Gerald when I entered the store and told him what I was looking for a pet vacuum. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently explained and demonstrated numerous styles and brands as he listened to what I desired in a vacuum. I tested many models out while I was in the store and purchased the best one for my requirements. I made my purchase almost two months ago and still can’t believe how clean my carpets look and feel. I’ve been back to the store since then and Gerald helped me when I needed a carpet cleaner after a major pet accident. I highly recommend Vacuums & More - Avon. They really listen to your concerns regarding vacuums and take pride in making sure their customers are satisfied with their purchases and service. I’ll be one of their many loyal customers from now on.

On purchase of a new vacuum they took the time to educate us on the various features of several brands. Shortly after purchase, a small part was needed and they promptly had the part ready for pick up on the next day. We highly recommend Vacuums & More on your next vac purchase.

Cleaned my Miele C3 canister vacuum. The only ding is that they didn’t notify me when the vacuum was ready to be picked up. When I dropped it off I was given an estimate on when it would be done but no call. Would recommend and will definitely do business with this company again.
