Sherri and Shawn are amazing. I had Sherri scan one email when l should have had her scan two. When l returned to fix my mistake, they were amazing. They smile and made me feel great while they found the Amazon return, opened the package and corrected MY error. The team at this store is amazing. They are always friendly and professional.

Professionalism, customer service, Sean helps me about once a week. He knows my name and I have doc.come in often by email. Excellent Job!!!! all are good employees Personable and knowledgeable . Sean just goes above and beyond his duties.

Their employee put my shipping label on someone elses box so now i’m out $500 because their claims department does nothing.
I’ve already contacted the email you’ve provided in your response with no resolution. Multiple times. Multiple calls. I have also contacted the store 3 times and have been told the manager is going to call back and never did. This happened on June 22. We’re over a month now with no help.

Took an awkward sized disassembled walker and parts to return to Amazon. The staff measured the odd shape … located a box packed the device and sent the return. Absolutely amazing attitude and customer service. I shall return.

Shawn was great. I needed overnight pricing in am email to send to a customer considering I've never done an overnight before ever being a new small buisness . He was great. Even when I had to pester him in a 2nd phone call. I felt comfortable. Great customer service

I highly recomend this store, I had a package sent to the wrong address from another store and this lady i think her name was brittney went out of her way to make sure it got straightend out. she is the sweetest and caring lady ive ever met. thank you miss Brittney for all your help
