Would have been less if it wasn't for Mallory's amazing customer service. Teresa, however, should be let go ASAP. She was the first employee I spoke with. She lied and said that my package was on a truck and was not deliverable to my location. I informed here there are 2 businesses at my location and one of the businesses (I had in the first line of the name) has a massive company name sign, with a glowing "open" sign below it. She stated that she was going to reach out to the driver and see if she could get it routed back to me. She then stated that she would call me back within an hour with an estimated delivery time today... After 1.5 hours I had to call the random call center to put in a ticket for me to be called back again. When Mallory answered, I asked for an update. After much back and forth, she respectfully informed me that the package never left the facility and that it would now not be delivered till the following Monday(today is Friday). She informed me of the Customer Counter's phone number to call and try and get the address changed so I can still try and get my package this weekend.Now I have been calling repeatedly for about 40 min with no one answering...so it looks like it is going to be Monday after all... quite disappointing.

Annoying, never could talk to a human, that can understand what you want! The company instead of having human customer service Representatives, would have you talking to an AI, who knows nothing until someone teaches it, and until then, the AI is going to keep hanging up on people.

This place is fine but UPS couldn't help me. My wife ordered something and it was shipped to an auto parts store on the south side of Indy. No idea why. She had no reason why thebitem didn't get shipped to our house. We have deliveries all the time from UPS.

I paid an extra $7.99 to pick up my package at the Plainfield location, as I would not be home to sign. I was not aware that this location closes at 5:30, and my package was still not available to pick up. What a waste of money! Very disappointed with UPS.

Another occasion when there were no parking spots in the reserved for customer parking. Every spot full and only 1 customer inside. I’ve been here many times when only 1 and even no other customers inside and not a single parking spot available. Come on UPS you can do better than this. Employees that are there for hours should not occupy all the quick drop off spots.

UPS is the only delivery service that doesn’t have a clue how to do their jobs. Anytime I order something thru Amazon and UPS is delivering it I know I’m going to have an issue. They attempted to deliver a package x2 all while I was at my apartment. I got no phone call or anything since the clueless driver doesn’t know how to find the security code on the mychoice accounts. Terrible service

I have been to this location two times to try and ship packages. Each time same two women have been working and have been incredibly rude for no reason at all. They are extremely unhelpful. There are several other UPS shipping locations in the area I advise you seek one of those. Not worth your time here.

I missed UPS dropping off the package at my house, so I called for it to be pick up at a location 30 minutes away. (it was the only option for me to pick it up same day) So i agreed to go pick it up on the phone and paid an extra $7.99 for this to happen and I questioned if this would even work but the customer service lady on the phone assured me it will work. So I go in and ask for my package and she rudely said the package isn’t even here yet and if it was here I wouldn’t be able to pick it up that same day because they would be closed. I go home very mad because I wasted time and money to get the package that same day. I call to get a refund of my $7.99 because I used it for literally no reason if the lady refused to give me my package. So I call again the a different customer service lady said the package is there and it should be picked up! I was already home and very angry and confused and I just said I want the package to be delivered like normally now and I want a refund. She HANGS UP ON ME. I then call a 3rd time to get a refund and too cancel the pickup order because the rude lady there REJECTED ME even though I told her it would be here. This location is awful, wasted my time and money when my package was there the whole time.

My package was originally schudeled to deliver Saturday got an email that it should arrive early per tracking it was at ups Thursday morning then Friday around 4 they desided to transfer it to usps and now there are still waiting till Monday (allegedly) to transfer to usps who will for efficiency send it to Wisconsin before sending it back to Indianapolis. To reply to @UPS I hate being lied to, as your rep did stating it was transferred when it is scheduled to transfer Monday. Once I requested a supervisor the rep kept talking in circles then disabled the survey to avoid their actions from being put on their record.

I placed an order from a merchant on Friday December 30th and paid for overnight Saturday delivery, coming from Michigan to Indiana, tracked the package and it made it to my local processing facility, but was never delivered and is now saying scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 3rd.I will be filing a claim to get my money back since this is a guaranteed service. It's not just about the money though, there's a reason why I needed the items on a Saturday, now I have to figure in the inconvenience of this.Thanks a lot UPS, you never cease to amaze me with your excellent customer service.
