The driver said we refused the delivery on 6/27/2024 at 4:30 due to damage. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! You did not attempt to deliver. We were expecting the delivery because your website said “out for delivery”. Our concierge was at the desk at 4:30, I can see them from my office.
It was 68 glass bottles of Dr Pepper made with cane sugar and NO WAY they were all broken. You say Disposed of with no proof. It’s really hard to take a picture these days. I think UPS stole my product.
The pictures are another delivery where the driver dropped it in the street, I watched, then delivered the leaking bottle of shampoo anyway.

Customer counter hours are only M-F 8am-10am and the counter will not be open until 530. We have called the 800# for UPS in attempts to update the hours. Greatly apologize for any inconveniences.

Terrible... online sign shows their hours, but a garbage sign on the door says open 8am to 10am. Nobody able to help someone pickup a package. Workers smoking outside barely speak English and rude attitude when asked for help. What a clownshow.

The website says 8-5:30, but the sign on the door says only open 8-10! Obviously not big on customer service. Avoid using this "service" at all costs.

According to Google it's open until 5:30pm. Show up to sign in the door saying hours are 8am-10 am. Tried to call and was giving shipping material updates instead of being able to talk to someone.

Store close..nobody there. And no place to park at all due to the their employees take over the customers parking spaces.

Aren't open when they say they are open (both via phone call and online listing). Hour drive round trip to leave empty handed. No parking spots available either. Sticker on door changing the hours.

Traveled here to drop off a package. No parking available, all spots on customer center section taken by employees. And the Center is closed. The hour's posted aren't followed.

I drive 45 min to drop off a packaged due to its high declared value. I am there 3 hours before they close. There’s a post-it note on the door that reads “Hours: 8am-10am”. Doors are locked. Man in the parking lot tells me the previous work day they randomly closed at 3. Again, with just a post it on the door. Very annoyed especially since you can’t locate a human on the phone to ensure a location is not randomly closed before you waste a half tank of gas round trip just to drop something off.
