Bought a Groupon for this place. Arrived and was told that the Groupon will not cover 6 quarts, only 5 quarts. Was then advised it would be $29 more. lol….showed my disbelief and advised this would take the price back to the original price. He then said, it is $125 to get an oil change. This is not the price the Groupon shows by Tire barn. Such a scam. I left and traded in my Groupon for something else.

Went in for a potential patch with a nail in my tire and was told I knew 4 new tires because it wasn’t repairable and my other tires had too bad of tread to replace just one. Nobody wants to hear you need a new set of tires when you’re expecting a patch. But the guys got it done, and even in under an hour when I said I was on a time crunch. I’m super thankful they prioritize my safety and were able to meet my needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

15 yrs and about $7,000. In business. All perfect. Suddenly you fire manager Adam and say you are full time auto repair. I request alignment priced at $129. You gave me quote to repair ball joints in front for $900. I went to dealer about my issues. 1) no ball joint issue 2) alignment $79.
Adam the former manager was great. He's now gone and I'm gone also. The competition for same services is everywhere. Tire barn owned by Midas. Your corporate attitude on paper looked great. Reality is i won't be back.

Was quickly waited on but wow sloooooow service. Waited 2 hours to just get a tire patched. To only have 3 working is very short staffed for a Sunday.

Charged me $10.49 for a new valve stem plus $6.00 labor when I didn’t ask for or need one. I just needed my tire patched. I also paid $9.39 to have my tire rebalanced. This was my first and last time doing business with Tire Barn. My normal tire shop was closed on Sunday, so I was in a pinch and had no choice. My normal tire shop patches my tires and rebalances them for free so I will come back when I need new tires.

Wasted time, not appropriately staffed or prepared to complete scheduled appointments. Accused of trying to get free inspection without performing work. My appointment was to get inspection, repair tie rod/ball bearing and get alignment. I don't know what in the above appointment schedule makes them think i wasn't getting work done. They offered to reschedule, but why waste my time a third time.

I came into the store because I had a nail in my tire on the passenger side… however they charged me $229 supposedly for a new tire. They claimed they couldn’t patch up the hole from the nail…. … which I didn’t understand why they couldn’t…. so they were suppose to put a new tire on my vehicle because they don’t carry used tires (I quote)… but once they brought my car out to me I saw they didn’t use a new tire….. It was the same tire!!! They patched up the hole…. they charged me $229 The price of a new tire….. but they didn’t give me a new tire. They put my old tire back on my car after patching up the hole. I will never go there again. And WILL NOT recommend tire barn
