A realtor at this office has violated few of the 16 articles through mibor rules that is not following the code of ethics or following protocol. I will file the complaint next week. Cause he is so unprofessional. Be aware of Brian sorry Brian Bennington no mistake. I Don't trust him. I already spoke to mibor in Indianapolis.

Walt is a fantastic realtor who helped us look in this crazy market for close to a year! He is very honest and upfront about everything from looking at houses and noticing when the craftsmanship is not there, or if the seller is asking too much or too little. He has been in the business for a long time and knows his stuff!! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone and everyone I know looking for a reliable and dependable realtor!

Walt has been our realtor for five real estate transactions--three when we were sellers and twice when we were the buyers. He has been our realtor since 1999, and because we were so completely pleased with his honesty, commitment to us, reliability, positive, upbeat personality, helpfulness; consistent, clear communication, and knowledge of his business, we've repeatedly asked him to be our realtor. Walt continually goes above and beyond in his work for his clients. In the sale of our house, just this July of 2019, Walt spent much time and his own talent to help prepare the house for sale. He is ingenious at repair and very skilled at doing any job correctly and well. We appreciated his personable, friendly, no-nonsense attitude, and his innovative approach to any obstacle. His breadth of information about construction and how-to repairs is a great bonus. We can recommend him 100%, with NO reservations. He is everything a superb realtor should be. (no, we are not related to him and were not paid for this review!)

Walt O'Riley is one of the few who are completely honest and true to their word. He went above and beyond to help me find my first home, understood my budget, and helped me understand how to play the market and when to take a deal and when to wait it out. He never forced anything on to me and was always available if I had a question. Although I was never fully able to go through the process of purchasing a home due to being relocated for work, Walt set the standards high for what I expect out of a realtor when searching for my next home. If you're a first-time buyer, I highly recommend.

Walt O'Riley exceeded and surpassed my expectations of a quality realtor. As a first time home buyer, I was a nervous to select the right home especially in a seller's market. Walt did not pressure me at all to immediately purchase a home, but rather advised patience. His experience in home renovations and construction was extremely useful in identifying homes that could be potential money pits. He also explained the home buying process in a way that was easy to understand for my wife and I. Walt is a very genuine person and a quality realtor. I would absolutely recommend him!

Where do I begin. Walt is great! I picked up the phone looking for a realtor and I hit the jackpot so to speak. I had a very particular circumstances and he accommodated me in the best way possible. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. He went way above and beyond to finding me the perfect home. He even helped me with a few home improvements which no realtor I ever heard of does. He started as a stranger.....now I consider him a friend. I highly recommend Walt hands down!!!! Thanks Walt for everything
