I called Ralphs and two hours before they closed and they said they could get me in to do a muffler delete so im very thankful for that, the people were friendly and it was only $180 for the muffler delete, but the welds that were done definitely need some love, i would check other places before coming here for anything that would include welding

MY BRAKE LIGHT KEPT COMING ON. I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN. THEY CHECKED IT AND SAID THE SENSOR WASNT HOOKED UP CORRECTLY. NO CHARGE. I WILL GO BACK

I used to love this place. I had sway bars replaced and then my check engine, ABS, and service parking brake lights came on. Brought it back a couple days later(thinking maybe some sensors just needed reset) and they couldn’t do anything about it. I told them the lights were not on when I dropped it off and not my dashboard looks like a Christmas tree. Guy told me there was nothing they could do.
Update: took my car to dealership and there was a bad sensor that Ralph’s didn’t wire correctly. Now I owe $530 on top of the $300 I paid Ralph’s.

I’ve been to this particular location in the past and have received both good but mainly bad customer service. These guys like to throw parts at issues without properly diagnosing anything. I’ve been told that unless there isn’t a P0420 code, they will not replace my catalytic converter. Instead of pressure testing the exhaust/converter, they expect the computer to throw a generic OBD code in order to determine if the converter is faulty or not. Ended up having to drill a hole in the converter until I could afford to replace it. I will no longer go to any Ralph's in the city as the customer service is rather lackluster. If you’re not coming in to spend big money, you’re not a priority.

I’ve been here twice. Both times good service with low prices. They replaced the resonator on my car today. Cheaper than 2 other places quoted and did the work same day.
