They have caught people trying to use my account before I even know it and they notified me and stopped it from happening every time! They are more than willing to sit down with you and explain any banking issues you may need help with. Mary is extremely helpful and a very nice person!! So far, all of the employees have been very helpful and nice.

The bank manager pushed a fraudulent check that did not have my signature and was stopped earlier in the week for that reason. Her name is Jeannie Murphy and she showed racism in this matter as she was no help didn’t want to answer why or what happened. She lied to the cops and got me trespassed. She seemed to be more favorable to people who are the same as her and treats minorities like me like we are a piece of trash. I was told by old national client care to go talk to the bank manager I drove 30 mins just to feel belittled and have fraudulent check cashed. Please avoid old national as every branch I’ve been to has been the same. No help no nothing

The employees at this bank have been horrible I put a stop payment on a check yet they sent it through anyway.They continue to blame me I had to fix their mistake by going back to the dealership for another check...all along they caused the problem.First they froze my account and then stopped payment...they have no idea what they are doing.The woman at the front desk is beyond rude very unfriendly.Such an unprofessional team run from this bank!

My oldest needed a checking account and debit card. I've been friends with Kathy Spangler for over a year now and she took excellent care of him when he signed up at her branch. She went the extra mile to help him understand how his account worked with deposits and told him if he ever had an issue to call her direct. What outstanding service! When the time is right we are moving all of our accounts to Old National under Kathy.
