I dropped in for a workout at Notch 8 while in town on business. It's a very friendly crossfit community and a great workout for any new or experienced crossfit members. Daniella is an excellent instructor!

Notch 8 is a authorized retailer of lululemon apparel and MtnOps supplements. Our store hours are the same as our gym hours.
