I phoned this NAPA and the staff had 2 different parts shipped to their store so I didn't have to make multiple trips. Thans for the outstanding customer service!

They're ok. I don't know how they survive competing against places like Autozone and O'Reilly right across the street (and more accessible from the highway). I came in looking for self-tapping screws. They didn't have them.The staff did try to look for it for me. Also, its in a weird location. I nearly backed up my car into another car because it was hard to see cross traffic from their lot.

After going to Autozone for a deaf battery and AutoZone not doing anything to help, we called Nappa. What we got was amazing knowledgeable service, even helped changed the battery. Will be going to this location now for everything auto related.

This has been my second experience at Napa, and the service is unmatched. I would say that cars and car parts are not my expertise by any means, but any time I go to Napa I feel assured that I am receiving quality service and parts. Today when my car battery died and I was able to get it to the store the sales associate recommended a battery and even replaced it in my vehicle for me... in the rain! Just very appreciative of great customer service and the knowledge from the associates.

Been dealing with the guys at this store for a couple of years now. No issues to speak of whatsoever. Have preferred doing business there since the ownership change two years or so back.Note: I am a parts manager by trade.
