“The absolute best quality meat I have found in Indiana, Check out this Tri-Tip I purchased there a few days ago. Smoked it low and slow over Hickory and Cherry. I purchase all of my “special occasion” Prime Ribeyes there. My guests are always blown away. Steaks are perfectly uniform in size and marbled incredibly well. BTW the owners are always on site and always interact with their customers”
