Ted was super helpful with a rushed purchase. We needed a bed ASAP and he answered all of my questions on the phone and had it ready for us when we got there. He is such an expert he even knew it was me by the way I walked in. Great shopping experience.

Ryan was very helpful and even though they didn’t have the mattress I was interested in (I saw online) he showed me a similar one, above the one I wanted. He didn’t try to upsell me anything and informed me that I had 4 months to try it out. So I ordered the less expensive model that I had seen online. It was fast and easy. He was very nice.

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Avon. DeAngelo was helpful and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales and helped us stay within our budget. The store itself carried a wide selection of mattresses in a variety of .price ranges. Highly recommend.
