Me and my grandma came in to get a mattress and we were provided excellent customer service by Doug, and I would definitely recommend they have outstanding mattress and box strings. This place is definitely better than any other mattress store

Doug from Mark's Mattress Outlet was incredible! He went above and beyond to help my wife and I select our new mattress. After purchasing an online mattress that we did not like, Doug took the time to explain the pro's and con's of the options they had in store, and never once tried to "upsell" us. It was clear he just wanted what was best for us. At the end of the day, we purchased a mattress from him at a lower price than online with WAY better customer service. Cannot recommend MMO and Doug enough!!
