My goodness I was overwhelmed as to my insurance needs. Alicia did a very thorough and extensive research as to what my needs were. I have been in insurance for over 25 years, and Alicia's knowledge, research, meeting my needs exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with her expertise and her desire to meet my needs. Her assistant was patient and always returned my calls the same day. What a blessing they are to me.
