If I could i wouldn't even give these people a star. They are rude and dismissive. Not helpful at all and very overpriced. Not worth it!!! If you're looking for good customer service and a good price, Jo-Ann fabrics is not it!!!

They have an awesome selection of Halloween decor, do it yourself qnd much more. Love coming here to see Halloween decor. Will be buy q 12ft skeleton next year!! Can't wait!

Great employees, this is my favorite craft store and they are pet friendly!!! Wonderful prices, the selection is amazing!! They keep the shelves well stocked, the store is clean and clutter free. Can't ask for more.

Good prices cuz there's always a sale on something.... Very friendly and helpful staff..... Decent variety and assortment of materials.... Plus they always have a coupon for extra savings..... They have good hours and are open later than other similar fabric stores.

I went to buy a brother's sewing machine, but the associate convinced me to get a singer. But, they didn't have the brother in stock, that I wanted, so I bought the singer. So, today I tried to return it, to buy the brother online. They charged me a $25 restock charge, even though I hadn't opened it. WARNING to all buyers!I guess I won't be buying online at Joann Fabric.What a rip off.No response?

Last 2 times visited within the last week 2 employees stores a mess and its way understocked it is companys fault cause they only pay 8.50 a hour I fear this store won't make it . Shame cause I loved this store

Joyce in the cutting department was very rude to me over the phone. I called asking for help on finding a fabric and she had a bad attitude straight from the get-go, making audible sighs over the phone when I politely asked if she could please help me. I almost thought it was a prank call of some sort after I gave her the item number due to how she started scolding and belittling me about how I shouldn't have asked her and just needed to come in and do it myself. Very bizzare experience to say the least. I had the call on speaker phone and my wife and I just looked up at eachother in confusion and disbelief after Joyce got done with her rant. Wild.. I called this Joans location because I am from out of town and had called a number of other Joans' in the Indiana area prior, and they ALL were polite and helpful over the phone EXCEPT this interaction. She kind of acted like she owned the place and didn't care/would deny it if she got in trouble. I'm not sure what she has going on but it needs to stay at the door when shes clocked in, no need to take it out on a customer unprovoked.. 0/5 stars

The store was clean and nicely organized. Lines are fast and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. Their fabric selection is abundant! No complaints from me!!!
