They are all very helpful and very kind. They are proactive in making sure they have a specific manufacturer in stock even before I request a refill. They have suggested manufacturer savings cards for expensive meds that my insurance barely covered. I really appreciate them!

I was trying to find a pharmacy with a great staff, and someone shared that IU West fit that bill. I was so happy to find them friendly, and also extremely helpful. I feel I have made a great decision to use this pharmacy for medication management! Being older now I have found some places tend to be condescending. IU West is not that kind of place. They listened to my concerns! How refreshing to have a smile when talking to staff! That includes the lovely young lady who checked me out!

Should be able to leave a zero star review. They released my very ill fiancee without checking that she had her prescription, BEFORE being released. Even better, when I called to have the RX transferred to her regular local pharmacy, they bluntly asked, "Could you call them, and have them do it?" In my opinion, they, both the pharmacy and hospital have failed at the most basic level of patient care. I would not send my sick dog to IU Health West, nor have her RX's filled at the pharmacy.

This absolutely the worst pharmacy to go to!!!! Service is extremely SLOW an the employee's are very RUDE!!!! Told me prescription would be ready in 15 minutes an after arriving a hour later I still waited 3 hours to get prescription!!!!

Nice friendly knowledgeable staff with caring and compassionate pharmacists. The only real negative of this pharmacy is that they close at 6pm on weekdays, 2pm on Saturday, and are not open at all on Sunday.

Called there in regards to a patient. Kim the pharmacy tech said she felt uncomfortable talking to me so she freaked out and hung up. Called back and told her that was unprofessional and asked for her fax number to send my release since she felt "uncomfortable." She told me no and don't call back. Hire better workers please, she failed to do her job and is paranoid. Fire her.

Fast, friendly, convenient. In and out in 15 minutes. I like that it's in the gift shop as well to help pass the time.
