Earlier this month (August 2024), I purchased a 2024 Accord Hybrid. We love the car, and were glad we bought in from Hare Honda. We had wonderful service from our salesperson, Jeffrey Grochowski and would recommend him. He is honest and helpful.

I came here to sell my car and possibly buy a vehicle they had on their lot. I sat down and immediatly explained to him my situation to not waste any of this time. I then tell him the offer i received for my vehicle. The salesman without even knowing what kind of car i drive says “What’s the car worth?” I tell him the offer i received again, and a picture of JD Powers value of the car. He says “i can put both hands over a fire and tell you they’re not giving you 30k for your car.” He looks up my cars value on KBB (not JD Power) and puts the condition as fair, again without ever looking at it! I got up and left. How rude and foolish to tell me my car isn’t worth what i was offered without even knowing the kind of car i drive. This salesman could’ve added a car to its lot and a sale but chose to be rude.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the length of this post but I feel it’s important to know that I am not just quack that’s having a bad day. I have been a faithful customer of this Honda location ever since it opened about twenty years ago. I have purchased at least seven cars, 5 of which, were new. I have made them my sole source for service for all those cars for all that time.
Recently, I took a 2018 Honda Ridgeline to the service department for replacement of a failed torque converter. Thank goodness it was covered under warranty. Upon picking up the truck I immediately noticed a popping sound coming from underneath. It happened every time I made a turn or hit a large bump. I made an appointment to take the vehicle back to the shop to have it checked out. I told the receiving agent to make sure the shop knows about the work that had just been done as that might help them pinpoint the problem quicker. I suggested checking all of the bolts because to me, it sounded like they just hadn’t got everything tightened up properly.

amazing place to buy car. sale rep Mr.mike is the best honda odyssey under 23k miles but sometimes randomly Speed limit on dashboard wheel says hundred mile per hour eighty five mile per hour on local roads.

I made an appointment online early in the week for an oil change to be done at 9:40 am on a Saturday. When I arrived at Hare Honda I had to wait maybe 10 minutes before anyone said hello or acknowledged I was there, and there were 5 guys in the customer service area. When I was finally greeted, the gentleman was very friendly and asked why I was there. I stated an oil change, then added that I had heard from someone in front of me that their wait was going to be 1 - 2 hours, assuming they probably didn't make an appointment. I stated I had a 9:40 am appointment. He then let me know that my wait would be between 1 - 2 hours as well. I don't believe HARE Honda Service understands how making an appointment is supposed to work. When I voiced my problem with the wait, he was very sympathetic but couldn't do anything about it. This immediately reminded me of the Seinfeld car rental epidode. I left and will do the oil change myself.

This dealership by far has the best Honda techs in the entire Indy area. If you need repairs or maintenance, they can be trusted to do it right. Shout out to Kyle B! He might be the best service tech there!

Great customer service. Our van had trouble on a road trip, and Hare Honda got us back on the road quickly. They even called to be sure our trip was going well. Mark in their service department is awesome.

The employees at the service department are very rude. One can even say some of them are racist. I came in with an appointment to get my car service. Not one person acknowledged my presence. Some were eating, others were on the phone or looking at their computer. Some even walk right by me without saying one word to me. Not until I address one who was already engaged in helping a man who was there waiting for awhile before the African American guy was able to help him. He was the one who went and told the manager about what I said. The manager had to leave his office to come and assist me. But I noticed the difference in the way they attended to the Caucasian customers. The same customer associates who were ignoring the African American man and me, were very quick to attended to a Caucasian man and a woman. I am very unhappy with that kind of service.
