High prices across the board. I’ll often go to other Goodwills nearby in Plainfield/ Brownsburg and find the same stuff for half the price, plus a better selection. Often sells literal trash too, like jam jars, cracked vases, etc. The staff is friendly tho

This is a resale shop, but the prices are too high, all these items have been donated, Prices should be lower so people can afford things.

Has a LOT of stuff, but not always anything worth while does tend to be more on the plainside and what not. Is a good goodwill to get furniture at though.

They got rid of their dressing rooms, and I'm not about to guess if other people's used clothing fits from a glance. Smh what a ridiculous business decision.

I get it is Goodwill but you could be a little friendly to customes. Not a "Hello" or "Thank you". Just a hand wave to tell me to come to the register. You want people to support Goodwill but why. Prices have gone up and customer service is not happening!

Deb and Rose were the staff I dealt with. I came for a return since there wasn't an elf on the shelf in the box they taped and put the price on. I didn't have my receipt but has been told by a former employee that they could find the receipt as long as it was the same store. I drove back from Ohio two hours away to return this item. Both ladies looked like they hated their jobs and would rather die than help someone.I allowed them the time to find the receipt in the system. Rose firSt which got Deb, who said it had to be found in the back. I told Rose the total, my info, and then I waited. She got smart with me challenging the date but I told her that was the time they were able to help me. I knew by the attitudes they both had no help would be given. I was there six days ago making two purchases equaling over $80. I waited until she returned. Rose stated no purchases had been made in the last month.I went to get my cell phone from the car to show her my credit card statement showing it was six days ago, two transactions. She acknowledged but still said they don't have any in the system her and the other manager Deb both saw it back in the back room. So very rude and dismissive of them both. I have had an employee do a return a month or so ago at the same location by just having my phone number in the system. So because I couldn't remember their name then it seemed like it was an issue. I explained I shop so many places and some folks don't wear name tags. Hera wasn't even showing so from a long time point away is weird.I asked about a bigger boss who could help since someone else has knowledge of the system. She took it as a issue and the once again the attitude came out. I was told there was a number on the building. I didn't see it so I came back in to ask. She said scan the QR code. It would lead me to their site. I asked again for manager info, everyone has a boss they report to. She said none. So to me this is why they act the way that they did. All of this over a stupid box...At this point I wish the other workers I have dealt with were here these two were rude and unprofessional. Glad I won't have to deal with either of these rude women again. Imagine going to work and looking like you hate to be there... Then treating the people who come in to shop which creates a need in the community and a pay check to pay your bills... Don't like it, change jobs don't make the rest of us suffer. That's what happens when you lie, people with the truth will hold you accountable be frustrated at yourself, not me. I have proof of a purchase which you claimed wasn't made. ??

I love to shop for great deals because, unfortunately, our country and the economy are not doing well. It all! and if I find something good that I need at a good price, is amazing, and it helps me a lot, but lately, I know this that the prices at Goodwill have gone quite high and barely can't afford it, unfortunately i'm going to have stop shopping here like I used to, sadly but is getting too high for my budget! And maybe i'm naive, but why are they raising the prices on something that is donated? It means that something they get for free!
