These guys fixed my car after she was hit by another driver. They did an excellent job. She looks brand new (they replaced some pieces in the front and on the side, as well as a wheel and a bunch of internal stuff). They matched my color perfectly (a yellow from 2016 that Kia has not used since). The receptionist was beyond sweet, and she knew exactly what account belonged to me when I told her which car was mine. The icing on the cake was that they cleaned my car so thoroughly that they found a lot of small missing items and put them in pockets around the car (a ring, a button, etc.) and they even found my AirPods I had been missing for a month and put them safely in my console compartment so that they would be safe and hidden from view! I really appreciated the thoroughness and the attention to detail. Thank you!!!!!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Diamond Collision!!! They are so kind and helpful I couldn’t believe it. I previously took my vehicle to Caliber Collision and had the worst experience. My car still looked wrecked and the customer service could have been better. At diamond when i received my vehicle back I couldn’t even tell that there was previous damage. They did such a good job I can’t even describe it. They even helped fix a part of my vehicle that wasn’t supposed to be fixed. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone needing service or body work done. Thanks John and Jackie for your kind service all the time.

John and Jackie(hope I got the spelling right) are such wonderful people starting from the day I came in for an estimate till the day I came to pick my car after repairs, the always communicate every steps that is being taken as regards my car.
