I have to give it one star to get to the review section technically I wouldn't give them any stars unless there was one for bad customer service. I came in for one item and asked for help locating it, Magic Root Cover Up dark blonde
WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING SHE SAID "If there's no spot for it I guess we don't have it"
how would I know if there's no spot for it and all I did was ask her to check from now on I'll just stop it Walgreens

Great customer service! Jeff went above and beyond to help my husband and I to get a passport photo taken of our daughter. He was very patient and made sure we had exactly what we needed. Thank you!

My doctor sent my prescription over to Mooresville CVS at 9am on Thursday November 16th. At 6pm the CVS Mooresville pharmacy told me it would be another 2 hours before it was ready. It was a prefilled medication that only required a sticker to be handed over to me, so couldn’t be easier. I asked for an explanation only be answered by blank stares. I asked them to help me find another CVS close by to fill the prescription quicker because I had dinner reservations, but they refused. I called the Avon CVS (where my dinner reservations were) and told the pharmacist my situation. Even though they closed within the hour, they filled it in 15 minutes and had it ready for me when I arrived. Avon CVS pharmacy employees were super nice and very quick. I was very grateful. Will use this pharmacy again.

Very great experience with the pharmacy, no cold interactions. I like the self-checkout when it's busy but I prefer dealing with the cashiers at this location because they're really nice.

This is such a poorly run pharmacy They sent me a text to refill my prescription I didn't have it refilled by then because express scrips was suppose to refill it. That for messes up who knows who. The person behind the counter could of out in an emergency over rude but never tried and she said the insurance said it was mailed to me. It was not mailed to me Lately it seems you just cannot get food help any place

If you’re a minority this CVS is not for you . My husband came to this pharmacy 08/28/2021 at 2:00pm . The pharmacy experience was good , but one of the other workers there kept staring and watching my husband as he was getting a few items in the store . News flash , black people work too , like who really needs to steal a gingerale and a candy bar ???

The store manager of this Pharmacy, Rachel B., has consistently treated me like some sort of junkie because one of my medications happens to be used for people struggling with addiction. The form of medication that I take is not used that way, just one of the ingredients. I have read many stories of people in my situation being treated this way by pharmacy employees, and I am sorry to say that it seems to be true. My insurance will not pay for this medication, and Rachel says that it is her (not CVS, HER) policy not to allow patients to pay out of pocket for "narcotics". My medication is not even a narcotic, and cannot be abused in such a way. Despite showing her the CVS policy which allows me to pay for the medication out-of-pocket, she has both refused to fill my prescription with me paying the full retail cost, and has also refused to transfer it to another CVS. My corporate attorney has advised me that this is illegal and discriminatory, and I am considering taking legal action against CVS because of the actions of this employee. Thank God I only need this medication for severe chronic pain and not cancer or some other life-threatening illness, where Rachel's attitude could put my life in danger.

The Cvs has great customer service. Always greeted, always ask if I need help finding something
