Had a really positive experience here dealing with a return. The product was not of the quality/reliability I would expect given its premium price-tag. Zach (Membership Supervisor) made the process so easy and he seemed to genuinely care about the issues we had with the product.

I always enjoy shopping here, especially when Shorty is working the self checkout area. Shorty is always so efficient in helping getting all the big items scanned and is just so nice, and today made sure I didn’t leave without some socks I had accidentally left at the checkout lol. Thank you Shorty!
